Key Principle: Yoga Timer is designed with privacy in mind. Your yoga timers and settings are stored locally on your device. Optional features—full-screen ads via Google AdMob and in-app purchases via Google Play Billing—use Google’s services and may involve network access and identifiers as described below.
Yoga Timer stores the following information locally on your device:
Important: All this data is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in storage mechanisms (Room Database and SharedPreferences). We do not have access to this data, and it never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it or back up your device.
We do not run our own servers for Yoga Timer and we do not ask you to create an account in the app. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number for our own use.
When ads or purchases are used: Google AdMob and Google Play may process device and advertising-related data according to Google’s Privacy Policy. That can include use of the advertising identifier for advertising and related analytics, subject to your device and Google account settings.

Google’s services (AdMob, Play Billing, Play distribution) are subject to Google’s policies. When you view an ad or complete a purchase, Google may process data as described in their documentation and privacy policy.

Your Control: You have complete control over your data. You can delete individual timers in the app or clear all app data through Android Settings → Apps → Yoga Timer → Storage → Clear Data.
Yoga Timer does not request sensitive permissions (location, camera, microphone, contacts, etc.). Your timer data stays on your device. The app may use the network connection for optional advertising (see below), in-app purchases processed by Google Play, and opening help links in a browser.
Most app data is stored in the app's private storage, which Android grants automatically.
Advertising identifier: Where applicable, use of the advertising identifier (and related ad technologies) is limited to advertising and, where supported by the ad platform, user analytics tied to those services. We respect your choices, including Android and Google ad personalization and opt-out settings. We do not combine the advertising identifier with personally identifiable information unless we obtain appropriate consent where required. This policy describes our practices clearly; see also Google’s policies linked below.
Yoga Timer may show App Open (full-screen) advertisements served by Google AdMob when your device is online. App Open ads may appear when you launch or return to the app in line with our implementation and Google’s formats.
Frequency: We use a 48-hour window:
If you purchase Remove ads, we do not request App Open ads for your install. AdMob may use identifiers and device data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can limit ad personalization in your Google account or device settings.
Remove ads is an optional one-time (non-subscription) purchase processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment and receipt validation; we do not receive your full card details. Purchase state may be stored locally on your device and synchronized with Google Play when you use Restore purchase or reinstall on a device signed into the same Google account.
Product availability and pricing are set in Google Play Console; you should install the app from the Google Play Store for purchases to work as intended.
Besides AdMob and Google Play (billing and app distribution), Yoga Timer does not integrate additional analytics or social SDKs. Core timer features work without an account; only ads and purchases require Google’s services when you use those features.
Yoga Timer’s core features (local timers) do not require an account. If the app shows ads, Google’s ad services may apply age-related and personalization rules per Google’s policies and your device settings. Parents and guardians can use device and Google account controls for ads, and may use Remove ads (one-time purchase) to avoid ad content in the app.

Note: Clearing app data will permanently remove all your timers and settings. This action cannot be undone.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and the "Last Updated" date will be modified. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your privacy.
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify users through the app or app store listing.
